Sustainability Action Plan (SAP)

You will produce a ten chapter document--SAP--during the consulting capstone course that is delivered to the real-world client as well as the instructor. The client will submit comments on the SAP to the instructor for consideration when grading the work.

Chapter III. Opportunities & Risks 

Chapter IV. Key Stakeholders

Chapter V. Recommended Initiatives (based on client requirements and priorities)

Chapter VI. Fostering Sustainable Behavior (how to modify behavior of leadership, staff, and other stakeholders in support of the recommended initiatives)

Chapter VII. Sustainability Capital Reserve (capture resultant cost savings from implemented initiatives in a capital reserve account on the client's balance sheet)

Chapter VII. Performance Metrics & Reporting (to measure and report results of initiatives)

Chapter IX.  Recommendations: Future initiatives (including Sustainability Capital Investments with cost-benefit analysis, as appropriate)

Chapter X. Roadmap - Recommended initiatives organized chronologically
